  8. Descriptive Bar graphs allow you to create formatted graph images that tie informative descriptions to values.<br>

  10. <b>Spreadsheet data format</b>
  11. <ul>
  12. <li>Descriptive Bar graphs require two columns of data.
  13. <li>The first column contains the textual descriptions/labels.
  14. <li>The second column contains the data values.
  15. <li>The number of rows of data displayed is limited by the graph and display size of your device.<br>

  17. <b>Descriptive Bar graph properties</b><br>
  18. The following outlines the properties that are available for Descriptive Bar graphs.

  20.  <li><b>Series</b><br>
  21.  Groups the values displayed by rows or columns.
  22.  For example, a 10-row by 2-column data set graphed with series as columns will display 10 bars with description text labels.
  23.  <li><b>Title</b><br>
  24.  Specifies the Descriptive Bar graph main title.
  25.  <li><b>Category (X) axis label</b><br>
  26.  Specifies the text label applied to the x-axis.
  27.  <li><b>Value (Y) axis label</b><br>
  28.  Specifies the text label applied to the y-axis.
  29.  <li><b>Show border</b><br>
  30.  Controls display of a border enclosing the graph image.
  31.  <li><b>Colored bars</b><br>
  32.  If this option is selected, AutoGraph will fill each of the bar objects with different color or pattern.<br>
  33.  If not selected, AutoGraph will use a single solid color to fill all of the bars.<br>
  34.  <li><b>Auto-ranging</b><br>
  35.  Auto-ranging causes AutoGraph to determine the best fit data range to display.<br>
  36.  For example, if your data ranges from 34750 to 52500, AutoGraph will attempt to display only that range of values.
  37.  <li><b>Use specified range</b><br>
  38.  This option will allow you to zoom in or out by specifying the range of values to be displayed in the <b>X min</b> and <b>X max</b> data fields.
  39.  <li><b>Gridlines</b><br>
  40.  Controls display of the x and y-axis gridlines.
